<br/><br/> Given the importance of learning a foreign language to achieve both cultural and economic rapprochement between two countries and to contribute to social development of the communities. There is born the initiative to create a bilingual dictionary (French of France - Spanish of Colombia), where are shown linguistic and cultural information of these two countries. Those facts are included in order to help the individual interested in learning French to know how to use properly the grammaticality of the words in certain situations and to put into practice both competences communicative and sociocultural. The qualitative research methodology allowed observing the principal characteristics of the sample, such as the genre, meaning, collocations and expressions by the lexicological analysis of the 14 words. Consequently the creation of two corpuses one in French and other one in Spanish, by using the software "Bootcat" facilitating and allowing the collection of relevant information, since there it is where the data is stored and found. Likewise, the "Simple Concordance Program" software made possible to analyze the corpuses, so finding similarities both of form and of use of the words in both languages thanks to this process. Additionally, they presented different cultural notes that allow to fulfil the contextualization of the words and hereby to know in what situations and with what intent they are used in any of the two cultures.
