This final degree project seeks to compare the pensum of the Modern Languages program of the Universidad Escuela Colombiana de Carreras Industriales (UNIECCI) and other university with the similar program of Modern Languages in Bogotá. The three aspects of both programs will be comparated. The first aspect is time intensity, it is a very important factor in class, because students will have more contact with an environmental that will produce better results due to learn a new language requires to be involved in a context where the languages are spoken all time, it is called immersion, it makes the student think and behave in the cultural context according to the language. It just to mention the learning process in languages, but there are other subjects that also requires dedication and invest time in it. At the time for students being surrounded of a business context they will change the regular mentality into a business mentality, all these effects because students spend more time keeping in touch with the Modern Languages Program. The second aspect is languages seeing in the Modern Languages Program. According to the Universidad Escuela Colombiana de Carreras Industriales (UNIECCI) students attend subjects in English, French and German, mind while in the other university students must choose two languages to learn between four different languages such as: French, German, Portuguese and Italian. It is necessary to mention that English subject is mandatory during all semesters of both programs. The last one is the economical aspect; the Modern Languages Program at the Universidad Escuela Colombiana de Carreras Industriales (UNIECCI) is more accessible for people that want to enroll into this program due to the other program, similar to the ECCI´S program is more expensive, all this because not everybody have the money that the other program requires.
